Drawings

Oslo pictured by a participant

The drawings consist of what I called a visual dialogue between the participants and my self. After the verbal dialogue, the participants have been asked to draw the cities we have been talking about. I consider the drawing as having two level of dialogue: one interpersonal; the participants reflecting on the drawing while drawing it, and the other between us, while she is describing or making comments during the act of drawing.

Those drawings are not only an illustration of the experience of the city but a communicative tool.
